WMK Law Group is a full service Human Resources & Leadership Development Consulting Firm.  We assist ambulance service supervisors, managers, and directors by providing practical employment law and human resources education for every level of leadership within an ambulance service.  Employers often do not prepare their new or existing leaders for the responsibilities associated with managing an organization that relies on the regular and sustained performance of their employees.  The failure to adequately prepare EMS leaders results in poor employee engagement, high employee turnover, and the avoidable resulting increases in operational costs.

WMK Law Group also provides counseling, guidance,and support to both operational and human resources EMS leaders. As an industry professional, our services can deliver meaningful HR and legal technical expertise and experience to those who must make practical decisions daily.
